This individual will lead the metrics development, analysis and reporting for the
North American Sales organization. You will oversee reporting, sales analytics, and
strategy & planning. You will gather insights, feedback, and best practices to
develop process that will enhance sales productivity and retention.
This position will work very closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer
Service teams.
Job Responsabilities

Partner with VP of Operations to design and execute strategic, organizational
and operational projects

Build and implement sales processes to maximize sales productivity and
operational efficiency

Develop and own sales performance metrics and reporting to ensure access
to timely, accurate and actionable data

Work very closely with internal and external sales team to understand the
pain-points of the field and resolve via system/process efficiencies.

Drive efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation, lead qualification,
program and promotion execution, specification support, and sales reporting
activities

Design and recommend the Go-to-Market strategy for field sales in
determining which customer segments, reach & frequency to maximize
growth potential

Working with FP&A, ensure Sales organization is paid accurately each
quarter.
