Seeking a digitally savvy Marketing expert with management experience!
The Vice President of Digital Marketing will work collaboratively across the
organization to enhance the customer experience. Through the brand positioning,
the VP will create a seamless experience across all channels by developing a
creative marketing strategy and digital and social roadmap that engages the
customer.
This position will work closely with the CEO and lead the Marketing and Digital
teams.
Experience in Toys/Entertainment/Gift is a preferred. Hardline Consumer Durables
(not including food/beverage) will work as well.
Job Responsabilities

Lead strategic brand positioning and evolution for current and emerging
products

Lead strategy on emerging digital business models and technologies,
articulating the digital future and the organization's role in it internally and
externally

Collaborate with business leaders to define experiential vision and influence
and create a marketing and digital roadmap to bring the vision to life

Collaborate with creative leaders to design inspiring marketing programs,
content and campaigns that drive traffic and increase customer engagement

Create and serve up smart, innovative and cost effective ways to grab our
customer's attention

Oversee product launches

Create, implement and evolve integrated solutions for CRM, Mobile, Social
and Loyalty

Build strong relationships with and influence creative leadership teams,
internally and externally

Work with business partners to define and report on metrics that represent
progress against Marketing goals and show Marketing's impact on business
and traffic

Create and manage Marketing budget and spend, including agency and
vendor management

Reviews and approves preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete

Ensures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed

Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with
safety goals
