The Head of Sales will manage a total team of 5. He/She will not only set the sales
strategy for the business and team, but also manage a couple accounts directly.
Your mission will be to deepen existing relationships, expand the current sales
channels, and grow the sales revenue and market share of brand/products across
North America.
The role will drive the sell-in and sell-through of products and
propositions to achieve business targets, owning the portfolio of customer
accounts, building relationships and creating the right business conditions for
sustained growth in each customer account.
Job Responsabilities

To craft a national and international sales strategy tailored for the product
and brand

To achieve sales quotas

Build new relationships with leading national and international physical and
online retailers from pitch to close

Negotiate commercial terms with channel partners

Collaborate with marketing, product, finance and engineering to define a
holistic sales strategy, design unique offers and incentive programs, and
provide customer and channel partner feedback internally

Build and lead a sales team capable of supporting a multiple product,
international sales strategy
Required Qualifications

**MUST have experience calling on all major national CE accounts including: Target,
Walmart, Apple, Best Buy, Costco, etc.

*Preferred candidate will have experience launching new products and expertise in
negotiating commercial terms and incentive structures with channel partners.
