The Head of Sales will manage a total team of 5. He/She will not only set the sales strategy for the business and team, but also manage a couple accounts directly. Your mission will be to deepen existing relationships, expand the current sales channels, and grow the sales revenue and market share of brand/products across North America.

The role will drive the sell-in and sell-through of products and propositions to achieve business targets, owning the portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships and creating the right business conditions for sustained growth in each customer account.
